At this stage, prices are estimated and not final. They include half board, double occupancy in four and five-star hotels, entrance fees, outside lectures, local guides, and transportation.

• Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before the group’s scheduled arrival.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: m.jozwiak@traveldesigners.pl.
• Cancellations made by May 16th, 2025 (60 days prior to the group’s arrival), will not incur any charges.

For written cancellations received less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival in Poland, the following cancellation fees apply:

• 60–35 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour cost will be forfeited (a 60% refund will be issued).
• 34 days or fewer prior to arrival: 90% of the total tour cost will be forfeited (only a 10% refund will be issued).
